Every component passes through a rigorous multi-stage verification process before it reaches your hands.

Authorized Sourcing Only

All components are procured exclusively through authorized distributors, franchise holders, or directly from original manufacturers.

  • No grey markets or open-market brokers
  • No unverified channels
  • Supplier authorization verified with manufacturer

Incoming Inspection

Every shipment received at our warehouse undergoes a standard incoming inspection before being accepted into inventory.

  • Visual verification of package & labeling
  • Date codes and lot number cross-check
  • Lead quality and body condition inspection
  • Random sampling for functional verification

Components that fail inspection are quarantined and returned to the supplier immediately.

Traceability

We maintain comprehensive traceability records for all major shipments, providing full transparency throughout the supply chain.

Documentation is available to customers upon request.

Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Warranty Period

1 Year from Date of Delivery

All components supplied by NexCir are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers components confirmed to be:

  • Non-functional components
  • Mis-marked components
  • Components not meeting published specifications

Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Damage caused by improper storage, assembly, or handling by the customer
  • Components with altered or damaged markings
  • Components that have been soldered or modified
  • Products used outside their specified ratings or environment
Returns

Return Policy

We make the return process straightforward. Here's everything you need to know.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@nexcir.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

  3. If a return is approved, we will provide an RMA number and shipping instructions.

  4. Replacement or refund will be processed within 5 business days after the returned component is received and verified.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Components must be returned in original, unaltered condition with all original packaging and documentation.

Ordering

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our standard MOQ follows the manufacturer's reel/package quantity. For most components, this means ordering in multiples of the original factory packaging.
